How many days in a row should I use Opalescence bleaching gel?
When done with whitening gel Opalescence 15% a few years ago, my dentist told me to wear them at night for 2 weeks, then make one or two times a month to help keep them white. With the new gel of 35%, said Do not take more than 30 minutes, but I curious to know how many days should I use? 2 weeks, as 15%? Anyone from 1 week to be fine?
